This Disclosure Notice informs you about the personal data processed by SahibindenSat Teknoloji A.Ş. as the data controller, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

• Property and transaction information (listing details, key handover records, appointment logs)

Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for listing publication, key-handover and showing services, agent matching, sale/rental process management, customer relationship management, and to meet legal obligations.

Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, namely "establishment and performance of a contract," "compliance with a legal obligation," and, where applicable, your "explicit consent."

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with authorized agents and partners to the extent the service requires, or with official authorities where legally required.

Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction if incomplete or inaccurate, request deletion or destruction, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
